4.2 – Integrated region of development of the federal district and surroundings – ride-federal district

The Integrated Region for of Development of the Federal District and Surroundings – Ride-Federal District was created by Complementary Law 94/1998, regulated by Decree 7.469/2011, and broadened by Complementary Law 163/2018. Ride-Federal District is composed of the Federal District, three municipalities in the state of Minas Gerais and 30 municipalities in the state of Goiás. Regions constituted based on the grouping of two or more municipalities, involving two or more units of the federation, instituted by complementary federal law, with the objective of articulating and harmonizing administrative action by the Union, states and municipalities.
